Jammu, June 09:

At least two leopards were spotted roaming Tuesday evening late in vicinity of Deputy Commissioner Complex premises in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Reports said that the two big cats were spotted by security forces manning the DC Complex, forcing them to sound an alert.

A Wildlife Department team has been in the meantime roped in to rescue the beasts. However over an hour of searches, none of the two leopards have been located so far by the team even as the rescue operation was going on in the area, on filing of this report.
