Minister of State in PMO and North east has allocated Rs 2.5 crore in his MP Fund account for setting up oxygen plants and other Covid facilities in his parliamentary constituency.

Dr Singh represents Udhampur-Kathua-Doda parliamentary constituency constituency.
He has written to Nodal Authority D C Kathua for the needful, he tweeted on Thursday.
