Teachers told not to go to schools and colleges, hold online classes only

Jammu, April 27:

Against the backdrop of alarming surge in Covid- 19 cases in J&K, the government has asked school and college teachers not to go their institutions .
J&K recorded highest number of 3164 positive cases for Covid -19 on Tuesday.

A notification issued by the Disaster Management Authority said on Tuesday that there was no need for the teachers to attend schools and colleges, instead they can hold online classes only.
Earlier, the government had asked the teachers to be physically present in these educational institutions.
